Message and offer: the first four checks

Before raising the budget, check the link between the ad and the page: 1. The headline addresses the same need. 2. It is clear who the offer suits. 3. It is clear what you get after you get in touch. 4. There is one main call to action, with no competition between unrelated messages.

We recommend having someone who doesn't know the business read the first screen and describe what is offered. If they can't, the problem may be in the explanation and not in the amount of traffic.

Credibility and form: checks five to eight

5. The promises are backed by information that can be verified. 6. It is clear who the business is and how to contact it. 7. The form asks only for information needed at the first stage. 8. After a valid submission a confirmation is shown, and you check that the inquiry was actually received.

A customer testimonial must be real and permitted for use. A success figure needs enough context. In the form, check required fields, error messages and a suitable mobile keyboard. Do not measure a button click as if it were a completed inquiry.

Mobile and measurement: checks nine to twelve

9. There is no horizontal scroll and no button covering a field. 10. Images and important text load reasonably even on a slow connection. 11. The phone, WhatsApp and the form work from the device. 12. Measurement events fire according to the real action and once per submission.

Save the test results with the date and device. If there is traffic but no inquiries, examine the quality of the visits alongside the page's behavior. A design improvement does not guarantee more leads: sometimes a change is needed in the offer, the audience or the price. Choose one significant change and test it against a defined business metric.
