Processes one and two: reports and sorting information
We recommend starting with a report summary built from defined data. Give the agent a date range, metric definitions and a source table, and ask it to separate data, calculation and assumption. Check the numbers before using the output with a client.
Another process is sorting inquiries by topic or requested service. Define an "unclear" category so that not every inquiry is forced into a class. The sorting can be checked against a human sample before it affects real handling.
Processes three and four: briefs and content checks
An agent can prepare a draft brief from approved information: audience, message, offer and call to action. Require it to say what is missing instead of inventing a price, a promise or a customer testimonial. This output is useful when it shortens preparation and lets a professional decide.
In content checks, you can look for consistent names, missing links and repeated messages. An AI check is not fact verification: a claim about a product or a law still needs a source. Keep drafting separate from approval to publish.
Process five: monitoring anomalies
You can set up a check that detects unusual spend, a form that did not arrive, or a drop in volume. Start with an alert only, with the figure that changed and a link to the source. Automatically pausing a campaign requires precise rules and testing of failure scenarios.
For each process, define an owner, permissions, an action log and a way to stop it. Measure the time saved after corrections, not only the time it takes to generate the draft. As a hypothetical example, if a report is generated in two minutes but verifying it takes an hour, the automation is still not efficient. Expand use only after correct outputs come back consistently and cases the system cannot solve can be handled.
