Start with the question the reader needs to solve
Google Search Central's guidelines emphasize helpful, reliable content created for people. A practical way to apply this is to define, before writing, what the reader will be able to do at the end: choose material, prepare data, understand a price, or avoid a mistake.
A broad title such as "Everything you need to know about marketing" makes it hard to create a focused answer. A question such as 'What data do you need before replacing an advertising agency' lets you write a useful list, explain why each item is needed, and show an example.
What makes an article an independent source
We recommend adding at least one element the business can prove: an original photo, a table of considerations, a checking process, a calculation, or a documented experience. If you use an invented example for explanation, mark it as a hypothetical example and not as a client result.
State who wrote or reviewed the content when a suitable professional identity exists. A technical claim needs a supporting source, while a professional recommendation should include conditions and limits. There is no need to present an opinion as an official platform guideline.
A short editing process before publishing
Check whether the opening answers the question, whether every heading adds information, and whether a paragraph can be removed without losing value. Repeating "it's important to measure and improve" is no substitute for explaining what you measure and how you interpret it.
Add internal links according to the reader's need: a basic explanation, an implementation guide or a relevant service. Before publishing, check links, mobile readability and dates. Then choose a review date according to how sensitive the topic is: an article about an advertising interface needs more frequent follow-up than an explanation of the principles of writing a brief.
