What the announcement includes
On September 28, 2026, Meta announced Meta Enterprise Platform. The company described a business direction for bringing AI technologies to organizations and developers, and mentioned, among others, Muse, Meta Business Agent, Muse API and Muse Code.
The announcement describes an intention and a selection of products; in that publication it does not give a full price list, availability terms for each country, or a commitment to fit every business system. So you should not build a service offer for a client on the platform's name alone.
Questions a marketing manager should ask
Our analysis starts with the need: do you need information summaries, drafts, customer service, or actions in systems? Each goal has a different level of access. A product that helps write content is not necessarily suitable for changing media budgets or updating customer records.
Before choosing a solution, check which sources of information will be read, whether permissions can be limited, what the action log is, and how handling is passed to a person. Ask for a demonstration of a process similar to the business's own, and not only a general demonstration of capabilities.
Build the economic case for a pilot
Calculate the cost of the existing process, including checking and corrections. Set against it the cost of use, setup, connecting systems and maintenance. As a hypothetical example: a process that saves hours in producing reports may still not be worthwhile if it requires manual correction of every number.
Define success in at least two dimensions: working time and the rate of correct outputs. We recommend starting with limited data and actions that can be reversed. Only after the product is available and fits the business's permissions can you decide whether to expand use or stay with the existing process.
